I have multiple accounts

I am constantly targeted and penalized. I play my accounts. No one else. I use an iPad and an iphone. Please advise KABAM. Since I can’t get a direct answer how about here?! I’ve been playing since 2014 and now I start getting hit. What’s up kabam!?

    I just loved playing the game. All of my accounts are mine. I just want someone to give me an answer. I want to play and enjoy the game. Tough when they penalize me. I haven’t been banned and if I ever were I’d lose it.

    how about having one account,using two devices that always have the same IP address?
    is this also a wrongdoing?

    I wonder why though I have multiple accounts as well and I've never been targeted and had conversations with kabam about them and other issues I've had and they have constantly said it's ok. I've even changed phones a lot but kept everything the same.

    So it makes me wonder who's accounts they originally are and who they are tied to, because mine are only tied to me and I am the only who is using them. So I didn't buy them, I wasn't given them and I certainly don't let anyone else use them.

    I'm starting to understand some of their detection methods after looking at various things they collect a lot more than we know about and the third party information they receive.

    Well let's just say they know more about us than you think and you would have to read their permissions and privacy policy to get a better idea of why those who are getting penalized and relaize if you don't change it they will keep coming at you and eventually ban you.

    So if they are not your accounts then stop using them, if they are your accounts then change the login information so others stop using them and then you will have no issues and if you do then it's the others in your alliance that is causing it.

    Hi there, creating and playing multiple accounts is totally fine, as is playing on multiple devices, so long as you are the only one playing those accounts. AS for any account actions, we wouldn't be able to talk about them on the forums, since we can't discuss the details of anybody's account with anyone else.
