BASES... Can we talk about them "coming soon"?

Ok, so far now we are over 2 years and half from when the game was release, a lot of updates and new contents was introduced
But let's talk about the "bases", they're still coming soon after 2 years, is possible now to know if the developer team still have the idea to introduce this content? In case they changed their mind, can you take out that "coming soon" advice?
I ask this cause i tried Transformers FTF from the beta version, and bases was immediately available there, I suppose cause is another game developed by Your team that you have an idea on how introduce bases in MCOC too
So please, at least give us a small hint or something else, only to know if your plans are to still thinking to introduce them in future or no, I'm not asking for an exactly time of when they will be released
