Parry and champ blocked

Parry doesn’t work , I get issue during AQ fights and rarely in quest ! Parry just seems to not work! I have the same timings doing parry on quest / AW / arena ... in AQ I just get to block .
In AQ I got 2 times my champ unresponsive to commands, a fight against wasp and once against Hulk ragnarok with Thor. This was during the fight, at a point the champ remained fixed and got hit till KO swipe,blocking or attack didn’t work.
Sometimes the game get stuck only with main menu ...and nothing else work anymore,I need to close the app and reopen to work, this issue I get often when I try to join AW
