Disconnection after switching windows

Starting a few days ago, I noticed that while in MCOC, if I switch apps over to, say, Line, and then switch back to MCOC, it says I've been disconnected. It happens 80-90% of the time.

Kabam Mods there are a couple threads on this, can we merge and get a better response.

Same issue on Samsung S8 on android 8.0.0 on v 20.0.2 of MCOC. Tabbing, answering a text, flipping to a Line convo, in the past all of these keep you in game. Nothing changed but the update, now it always disconnects. With the slow screen speeds on Android, all this extra time is making it unplayable.
