Is Void’s sp3 bugged?

Void does not seem to generate a fury buff when activating a sp3 with debuffs on the opponent.

He doesn't generate fury buffs , unless you have the synergy with hulk and sentry.
The passive fury from his sp3 is only active during his special, so the special itself will cause more damage.
The synergy with Sentry increases the duration of that passive fury, allowing you to have it 20 seconds after using the special attack

Prior to 19.0, Void would trigger a fury buff based on the number of debuffs on the opponent.

He doesn't trigger a fury buff without the synergy.
If you are talking about the fury passive, he still triggers it for the duration of his special 3 attack. Unless you have the synergy with Sentry, which makes it last 20 more seconds
