Expansion for 6* star characters

Getting nowhere for a 6* star character and would like to earn at least one in a story battle mode or obtain one by purchase.
Got a request for multiple catalyst bundles with gold and ISO-8 included with some shards to get something for value to pay for.
If you have to charge a certain price for goods then I think having a good load would make it more appealing to buy than to have less.
Would making 6* star shards more available like a login offer go down well to advertise a more keen interest for higher characters.
