Kicked out of the alliance, but heroes still in the quest

As said, I've been kicked off the alliance, but my heroes are still in a quest.
I do hope after the quest is over they will be back to me, or is it a bug?

Also, I need to sign in with my kabam account every time I enter the game, which means every time I enter the game it starts from 0.

But your champs will be locked in just like u are still in ali. Its not a bug. After the aq or aw ends they will be released.
