Summoner Mastery Tree

I know that this subject hasn't been addressed in a while and wanted to know on when is the Mastery Tree is going to be updated with new attributes. Plus if you guys are thinking about restructuring the masteries anytime soon, is there going to be a chance to get matery points. Just figured i would ask
