Force Closing in AW

so you mess up in a fight and are gonna lose. so you turn off your phone and restart.
Yes it still counts as a death, but you still have your champ at half health.
This doesn’t seem right

I'm sick of the game kicking me out of AQ and cutting my health in half. I hope they do something to fix the whole damned thing. I understand it is to penalize those that force quit but at the same time, I shouldn't be penalized for the game crashing randomly either.

Yeah, I’ve had the game crash starting a fight and lost 1/2 health. It’s annoying, sure some people cheat by exiting the game forcing a reset but many of us just get hit by instability. I don’t know why it doesn’t follow the same model as quests: first time restart the fight, second time penalize. If I do get instability, I’ll often move rooms to maximize the WiFi signal. While I have 1Gbps symmetric, I get around 500Mbps up/down from my iPad in the same room as the router and about 300Mbps up/down from other rooms.

I occasionally do exit a normal quest fight but that’s usually because I got interrupted while playing. For example, my wife spoke to me and broke my concentration completely and there’s no way I can recover - I usually just pause those, but resuming from pause often results in damage you can’t avoid (even if you were the one hitting etc. you suddenly get pummeled). I’m far more careful with AQ/AW fights and will do those when I know I’m not going to be interrupted, but other quests require more time and getting interrupted can’t always be avoided.
