Can’t update game?

I’m not sure if this was posted correctly, but I can’t play the game as it won’t let me download the update. My alliance doesn’t run on line and there’s no way to communicate with them so I’m probably kicked at the moment, but this has been happening for a few days. Still don’t have a fix. Before this screen it was saying I need to update my billing method, and that card was being declined. So I linked my other card with my iTunes and it still won’t let me update the game. I play the game on iPhone 6s.

    Hey Monkeysdman, at first glance, based on the screenshots you've provided, this appears to be an issue with your Apple iTunes account rather than being specific to the game.

    I'm curious, do you encounter this issue when you initiate the update process for other apps or is it only happening when you try to update MCoC?

    You must have pending charges. You can open a new iTunes Account and Update it until you can pay your main off. I wouldn't suggest doing it repeatedly. If any charges go into arrears, the same will happen.

    Just sign in with your Alt, Update, then sign back in with your main to play. Make sure you pay your charges off. ;)
