People freezing and can't move in dungeons

I played three consecutive dungeons 7 and all 3x in room 1 my matchmaking teammates freeze and can't move or message me thru in game. That leaves me to fight the linked node and boss. It's frustrated because I can't get to room 2 since my teammates can't move. I also then have to wait for my top team's to refresh in two days.
I contacted support and after 4x of incompetent reps, I have one guy tell me that the game team is currently fixing this. BS!! They're not fixing fit. I also asked for support to refresh my champs, since it wasn't my fault and I got a big fat NO. What's the purpose of support if they can't help with a simple request??! It's like asking them to give you a bank loan smh!!!
