Switching my account

I have a second account that I cannot get into. I bought a new phone and logged into my first one then try to log into my second and it is not working. I am not even getting the login screen when I log out. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and it continues to log me into my Google Play games. I've logged out of Google Play to see if I can go that route and it is not worth. Can someone please help me?
