some players Accounts got ban ?

so i was on twitter today and i come a cross a player who got his accont ban for 168 hours ..
does it have anythig to do if i use tow devices like iPhone and iPad . or what if i use VPN when i play ??

can someone explain me the resone for this ban and how can we avoid it ?

Using a VPN will not cause you to be banned. Each ban is done so on a case by case basis and has to do at the result of breaking TOS. That said, we don't discuss actions taken on others accounts.
