Lost an in season war due to broken matching algorithm

Started matchmaking an hour ago. No match. Locked out.

Matching took almost 3 hours for the last war.

Fix your garbage algorithm.

Same happened to us. We were trying to matchmake for the last hour and a half and got nothing. @Kabam Miike, what's going on here?

Happened to us as well. We usually start matchmaking at around 9pm EST and on Friday it took over 40min to find us a match. This left us yesterday with only 10 minutes to find one. Surprisingly, we didn't match.

I think i would, considering we could've at least earn some points for the season. No matchup means no points at all

Yeah, a loss with points is better than no match at all. You slide more in the rankings.

I think i would, considering we could've at least earn some points for the season. No matchup means no points at all

This is true. A loss where the boss goes down yields a fair number of points. Missing a match altogether is nearly the same as losing 3 straight wars in the grand scheme of things.

Yes, we only run 3bg wars.

Figured I'd ask. There's a long-standing issue with the algorithm not finding matches for 1-2 BG wars that has gone largely un-addressed. I've not heard about this for 3 BG wars. I hope they resolve your issue soon. Good Luck!
