I've been playing over 3 years now and I always link via Google Play and have never made an official Kabam Account. Well now I would like to make one. I've never had a problem but I just would like the extra security. My only fear is losing all my progress thus far because I've heard several horror stories of people who have made one later and lost all their progress. Can you please inform me if this is true, if there is a way make a Kabam account this far in whether not I will lose my progress, and if I can is there a way to insure I wont lose my progress?     Hey Tory28, to link your account to a Kabam ID for the first time, please follow the instructions provided in THIS ARTICLE.

    As long as you follow those directions correctly, you won't lose your progress in the game. However, if you experience any difficulty during this process, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
