Difficulty in downloading the game

First of all, Good afternoon to all.
I am trying to download the game via WIFI and whenever it arrives at 184 MB it simply hangs, however if I move to 4G mode the download continues normally, but it is inadmissible to download 480 MB via 4G.
I tried to redo the process, tried on my son's cell phone and nothing too.
Could someone please provide a link with OBB of this latest version?
