What sig level should Omega red be to warrant suicides mastery

Gonna switch to suicides to explore Act 6.1 but my top champs are a mix of suicide friendly champs and not: Stark, Sym, void vs aegon, domino, killmonger, emma, sentinel(?) so would like to know when I should be switching. Currently grinding to get them and my omega red is at sig 60.

    His sig wont matter for when you have them on or not. Duped or not he reduces bleeds by 90%. Sig level just makes spores more potent at higher levels.
