**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

What does Kabam want from the community?

What is it that the community can do genuinely to get the best response from Kabam Devs and moderators?
I have noticed that animated GIF's showing glitches in real time seems to get attention.
Specific details with specific champs and quests details seems to get some Kabam love.
Idea boards and rant sessions don't seem to get much of a response unless shutdown for violating forum rules.
So Kabam guys/gals, What do YOU love and hate about the forums and posts personally?
Give us some insight so we can have the most beneficial discussions here and get the best responses from you on our suggestions, ideas, concerns, and genuine gripes.
This is your chance to respond with requests of your own.

What kabam ultimately want is our money.
What kabam fail to realise is that spending is going to stop if people don't trust what they are buying...
happened with 12.0, now it's just happened again with the T4 deals and the 6* announcement a day or 2 later.
The game is getting increasingly buggy/punishing and that is sucking the fun out of it.
They take so long to fix bugs/terribly tuned champs/masteries/game crashes, and it's taking its toll.
I've lost 2 alliance members this week alone, 4 in the month preceding and there's 3 more saying they are considering it.
We haven't lost that many members since 12.0 hit.
The crash wave that happened last week, ate up a lot of members stashed rewards. And Kabams response is to punish us with 30 min timers. Where are the free alliance pots? Or heck... even just reduce the price of them temporarily.
What kabam need to do, in my opinion, is to take time now, and:
Fix the bugs.
Stop game crashes.
Seriously consider buffing the **** champions.
Fix the masteries broken since 12.0.
Start adding fun content that aren't just blatant cash grabs.
I'd also suggest they consider adding some paid vanity items like new skins for existing champs. Stuff that doesn't effect gameplay just the aesthetics of the game. This will create more revenue and not require the game being tuned to Godmode.
And consider reducing the timers for AQ and war. The way they are right now, it's like a full time job. Members are constantly staying up late to get their nodes down due to work/life commitments getting in the way. It's not fun, it makes it a chore. Having shorter timers will also encourage multi cultural alliances, spanning timezones. This current model punishes it.
Overall I just want the game to be fun again. I want reasons to talk to my alliance members that aren't complaining about the latest crashes, or bugs that are making me use items for no reason.
This game used to be so much fun and now it's just getting frustrating.
