Ice Man Cold&Frostbite Immunity

Ice Man needs to have a Cold and Frost Bite Immunity! It does not make since for Ice Man to deal damage over time on another Ice Man how can he be effected by his own debuff thats like Human Torch not having incinerate immunity when he is fire. Plz give Ice Man his Cold and Frost Bite immunity.
