When is the best time to purchase the Summoners Sigil?

Just curious as to the timing of the solo event and black iso market, when would the optimal time be to purchase the summoners sigil to maximise rewards?

    While the sigil resets on purchase the benefits do reset on wendsdays
    incorrect, Mondays. You will note the cooldown is currently 10 days not 12.

    to answer the question, the best time is to do it right before the timer is to refresh for everyone else, that way you save a week, but you can really only do that once other than taking into account the calendar month.

    I wasn't aware there is a best time but when I bought it it have me the rewards from the previous week as well as the ones in the current week

    I’m in NZ, so how would the Timezone translate to Monday? Tuesday night or?
