If I've done the math correctly, the updated rewards look like this (28 days, 14 per side) for full exploration total:

Fantastic
Epic: 1050 6* shards, 21000 5* shards, 28 5* sig stone crystals, 42k gold
Master: 5040 5* shards, 10500 4* shards, 14 5* sig stone crystals, 31.5k gold
Heroic: 4200 4* shards, 16800 3* shards, 28 4* sig stone crystals, 21k gold
Normal: 1470 4* shards, 5250 3* shards, 15750 Premium shards, 56 3* sig stone crystals, 10.5k gold

Doom
Epic: 9030 T5B fragments, 54600 T2A fragments, 28 5* sig stone crystals, 42k gold
Master: 18900 T2A fragments, 56 T4CC fragment crystals, 84000 T4B fragments, 14 5* sig stone crystals, 31.5k gold
Heroic: 42 T4CC fragment crystals, 50400 T4B fragments, 28 4* sig stone crystals, 21k gold
Normal: 28 T3CC crystals, 28 T3B, 56 3* sig stone, 10.5k gold

Epic+Master combined

That's for 840 fights and 1176 energy (epic+master, both versions).

That's actually pretty good for a side event, compared to the rewards for, say, the regular monthly event. Less 6* shards, more everything else.

Only criticism is you could of buffed the 6 Star Shards a bit as well lads!

Hey Kabam Miike!
Is it possible to increase the master 4* shards to 1950 for full exploration and five star shards to 1000 in the master difficulty. It would be much more desirable this way.

Man, I usually don't take the time to thank Kabam but they went above and beyond to update these rewards way past expectation. I'm now looking forward to this event and with rewards like these no one will have an issue using energy to complete them. Credit where credit is due.

There's a kind of implicit 6* shard buff in there, in the form of the pretty big jump in 5* shards. For players with small rosters, those extra 5* shards will likely end up being new 5* champs. But for higher progression players, they will likely end up duping an existing champ. If we value the ~15000 more shards in terms of duping 5* champs, the one and a half more 5* champs is kind of worth about 400 more 6* shards, very loosely.

In very rough, imperfect terms, that's about a 40% increase in 6* shards contained in the rewards.

This is a great update, and I think I speak for the majority here when I say, thank you for listening. As a free to play account, it always feels more rewarding when the grind has more... well... rewards.

Makes me think where the game wold be if they ran some of their decisions past you and the other ppl they have all these talks with this year before releasing things. 2019 seems like the year of Kabam "listening" to the community after terrible mistakes.
