Question about ban

Hey guys,

An alliance member of ours received a ban of 7 days. He claims it's because he plays on multiple devices.

I am currently leaning towards not believing him, but he has been a good player for us and we have not seen evidence of anything nefarious.

My question is therefore: How likely is it that he received that ban unjustly? Thanks!

    We probably wouldn't be able to tell you for sure whether or not he or kabam is right.

    Hey Marri_2, these Forums aren't the place to discuss any actions which may have been taken on individual accounts, including in-game bans. With that being said, we only issue account bans after we've conducted a thorough investigation and found evidence that a violation of our Terms of Service (ToS) has occurred. Playing the game on more than one device is not a ToS violation.
