    Miike (and anyone on the Kabam team really), do you ever get salty or discouraged with the negative feedback from players in situations like this? It must be hard trying to balance the legitimate issues in-game with people's anger and frustration. How do you tend to handle being the public face in times like these?

    How long do champions and their event quests stay in development before they are live? Does the planning process for example go like: Champion A and B will be brought into the month of May, so they are being developed say, 6 months before May.

    Due to the inconvenience caused by Maintenance, you must provide us with: Four Star Crystal for the Beginners, Five Star Crystal for the Uncollected and Six Star Crystal for the Knights. Very fair!
