Captain marvel movie is good for what contents?

I have her 6* unduped. But I have also some good champions waiting to be duped (Ghost, Magik, Dormmammu, Omega Red, Killmonger, Hyperion, Corvus).

Considering I didn't complete act 5 or even Variants, what should be best strategy?
