    Have they fixed how hype interacts with buffet?

    Last I checked buffet eats the powergain which is expected, but then another should still proc from his cosmic charges.

    The cosmic charges are passives and not buffs....

    That convert into powergains when a preexisting powergain gets removed.

    This is more likely a animation fix. His heavy has been slow unlike other champs. It's just being brought up to speed with others
