    It would be better if you tell us what you wanna do next.
    Medusa is probably the best option here and for r4, you don't even wanna think twice. A r4 duped Medusa is gonna put some serious work in all sorts of content. Don't think much op, go Medusa.

    Medusa, my first 5/65 and always is useful and is a powerhouse. For 5.4 exploration and 6.1 she was absolutley amazing.

    I recommend you go for venom the duck. He's XL so he gets the usual bonuses, and you can customize him for whichever path you need. Extra Regen, extra power gain, more armor, etc. Plus toxic armor is great against debuff immune champs.
