I became, 2 days ago, uncollected but I didn't got any 5* champion crystal,I had heard that many summuners have got this,is asked about it to kabam support where they told me that I must give them proof so will you please tell me here or share screenshot of that?

    This happened during the 4th of July with an ingame mail to uncollected players with 5k 5* shards if I remember. Did not happen after when I became uncollected in October.

    The progression offer for I believe $5 or $10 gave the 5* crystal that people consider free now. The other thing was 5* shards but that was a limited time thing they may do it again though
