Hi guys,

my 6* ss is not generating additional power every 9 secs. Can you guys please look into this?

    you need to have genetic potential from nullifying debuffs, or your staggers wearing off.

    That is incorrect. He gains 16.5% of his max power over 9 seconds, this means it takes him about 18 seconds to gain a full bar of power. This power is a slow build, not an "additional power".

    This is also the only default way he has to gain power besides from his generic blessing as he does not gain power from attacking or blocking or being struck.



    So lets be clear in your vague post, are you saying your SS is gaining absolutely zero power?

    No he doesn’t, DR strange gets a bar every 9 seconds, sym works differently
