Alliance war global node

I'm sick and tired of the defense tactics (dodge) node. Its supposed to be a 5% chance to evade. I rarely get a 5 hit combo in without an evade. Don't advertise it as a 5% chance when in reality its WAY higher than that.

And where is your proof including a very large dangle size to show it isn’t just bad luck? From my experience it’s 5%, I very rarely get evaded by it, and there are nodes that boost evade chance and champs who evade anyway which might increase it
