    New players have no idea what it was like doing maestro with a 4/40 and or 3/30 champ. When the game only had 60 champs...... the game is so easy for the new comer.... they just don’t know the difference. So they can’t understand/appreciate it.

    Are you 100% sure they are “Capitalist”? Seems like a gross generalization based on a biased opinion on economics grounded in a misunderstand of terms like capitalism. You know Kabam is stationed in Vancouver, Canada which is a mixed market that leans more to Socialism as opposed to Capitalism. This means they are regulated by government. Even America is a mixed market.

    Capitalism is not grounded in cash grabs... unethical business men are grounded in cash grabs and exist in any economy (yes, even in Communism). You are falsely accusing Capitalism as the root of problem, when it is more poor communication from a company and unrealistic expectations from their consumers.

    There have been claims that Kabam should have released a message that players shouldn’t sell their champions 4 years ago... that is unrealistic. Kabam had no plans to release Variant 4 or knew what the landscape would look like. Players sold their champs of their own volition.

    Regardless of being told or not, there was chances for content to have restrictions. Arenas ALWAYS had restrictions, and someone of them have uses for 1*. The player decide to sell despite knowing that there is content that could use them.

    These complaints happened when Gwenpool Goes to the Movies almost 2 years ago... yet the players sold them yet again. There is no excuse or blame save looking in the mirror.

    Newer players that are speeding through content in the past 2 years, know that there is content that comes out that has requirements of 1-2* and to never sell their champs. Their being impatient lead them to not having enough Daily Crystals to give them a lot of 1*s.

    You can claim the 50 unit crystal is a cash grab, but if you are patient you can grind arena for free units in order to buy some. That isn’t a cash grab, it is your impatience that is the problem. There are those that spent years without selling and without Variant 4... they might have an advantage, but they did not get the gold or crystals from selling their rosters. Why should they be punished or 1-3* be given freely for those that were not forward thinking opportunity that already exists? Why, so they can sell them again and double dip in the shards?

    The greed is more in the player and not Kabam or a Capitalist Corporation.

    Ok I’m not 100% disagreeing with you. I do believe offers/rewards should be based off completion. My assertion is that no matter what Kabam does, people will B&M

    If you been around MCOC enough; you know the community is pretty toxic unfortunately. I use to enjoy the forums , but now I just ask for tips and tricks.

    People complain , and that’s probably good for Kabam because that means they have interaction with their games.

    We got 2k 5* shards on the calendar last week and people were complaining, then the next day we got 15k 5* shards (if you were cavalier) then no complaints.

    I think the issue is people just invest a lot of time in the game , and they see their time as a form of currency. So when they have to log into the game they feel like they should be paid better for their time investment into the game.

    I would imagine that if you looked at some of the people that they are probably somewhere else complaining .

    No one ever yelps the good stuff , just the bad.

    No one, and I mean no one, would B&M over five 6* crystals. Don’t denigrate legitimate complaints to fulfill your desire to sound sanctimonious. The anniversary bundle COMPLETELY misses the mark whereas the holiday calendar is merely underwhelming.

    Asking $99.99 for a crystal containing obsolete champions (save 3-4) after completely hyping the anniversary celebration is beyond tone deaf.

    The holiday calendar on the other hand, that’s just KABAM being KABAM. What are you gonna do? Been there, seen it.

    I would bet all the money I have that at least one person would complain if they were given 5 6* for free because they only got trash. Believe me it would happen.
