Scarlet Witch or Quake

just pulled SW from the Hall of Heroes rewards, I was originally gonna rank up Quake but now since I pulled SW I’m unsure since I’ve only got enough resources to only rank one of them, what do yous think?

SW cause she only 4* exclusive and that the only time u will play her but quake is better

SW needs to be sig 99 if you can’t get close to that then rank Quake or wait.

She’s just so much better, if you can play her rank her up

Quake is certainly better for lots of things if you can play her well. But SW is easy to use, regens, and ends fights fast with her SP2. Really good nullify. If you are using 4*s a lot I'd rank SW. Also, as others pointed out she isn't available as a 5* and Quake is.
