Alright guys my first 5* pull of 2020 is Howard the Duck. I mean it’s an interesting pull. Not what I was hoping for but I’m not disappointed. Does he have any value or is he a meh champion?

    He can be amazing or he can be a disappointment. It all depends on his SP2 and what rebuffs it places on the opponent.

    He is an RNG dependent champion.
