    He's worth a generic too. CapIW is aswell.
    Outside of CapIW and Void, none in the science class really needs awakening.

    He's worthy if you'll rank him up high enough, relative to your top champs to use him. Otherwise wait till you'll rank him or you could get something much better in the meantime.
