Aggression Fury bug with Agent Venom. No fury passive trigger

Chapter 6.1.2 aggression fury path. Agent venom is the first fight.

Aggression fury is supposed to give the enemy a fury passive every 2 seconds unless I connect with a hit. No fury triggers. It only happens on with Agent venom on the path.

    The fury is stacking on his Klyntar passive. The counter is moving relative to the node description and it is clearly increasing attack as that block damage almost killed you once he had a few.
