Is this a bug? : Storm can now “phase”

Hiyaah. I was fighting a node in act 5 with storm and where I messed up. She was knocked down after a heavy then when I tried to dash forward/attack (punish after knockdown) I noticed how she “phased” (much like SS mechanic where he would phase after a knockdown). But prior to this, she can’t do that. Heres a link to the vid i took.

    It wasnt phasing. It was a type of invuneralbility, happens with classic cap marvel sp1, she hulk sp2. Basically they aren't standing therefore you can't hit them

    Looks like Storm wasn’t fully back up from being knocked down yet, In cases like that (including some cases of knocking them down from your SP), there are some opponents that take longer before you can rush in and attack them again.

    So Storm wasn’t actually “phased”, just wasn’t back up to being hit again.
