**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

No New Champion This Week?

So I’ve noticed that pretty much since the beginning of this game new champs have been released every other week. Last week was Annihilus and now this week is Domino. Usually the only exception is the end of the year when they do that year’s crystal. Has anything changed?

Yes, the schedule was changed in 2020. Now champions are only released on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. No more 3 champion months.

February official releases will be on the 13 and 27.

Ah got it. Thanks I must’ve forgotten about that.
  • Just logically, if 2 new champs a month, but all but 1 month is 2-3 days longer than 4 weeks, there would obviously have to be some “skip” weeks.

Sometimes they are taken up by special alternatives, but if not, and if only releasing 2 new a month, there will occasionally be “leap week” (to use a comparison example).

It hasn’t always been only 2 champs a month though. Sometimes it was 3 that’s why I was asking. Plus if they released a champ on the 6th and again on the 20th that would only be two this month.
