According to rebalance information provided, we were supposed to be able to raise his temperature from 0-20 within a parry. I have tried this several times and it doesnt work. I have parry and stupefy maxed out.

    No, all the other chanps are buffed/nerfed so torch should be

    It's not within a Parry. They increased his rate of temp increase by 25%. They said you'll be able to hit it within a Parry and an L2.

    It clearly says both and within 2 secs is a parry duration

    Yea the most I can ever reach is 15 or 16 which is the exact same as before lol

    Ok. I read that wrong. I thought it meant from both, not either or.

    You have to parry and release your sp2 not just parry alone.

    Well, you could get 20 temp after an sp2 before the buff. But still happy for the change. Buffed one of my best 6 stars, so not complaining at all.

    Here is a link of me fighting RoL WS. There are no nodes. Human Torch is performing exactly the same as pre buff lol
