    It gives both, as explained here. The points boost depends on the number of unique boosts the battlegroup has run that week, what map they are running, and the difficulty of the modifier.

    This chart shows the point breakdown per battlegroup:

    Yes (above). But keep in mind the extra points are NOT part of the points for each node killed individually in AQ (and so also does not actually change the PI of AQ nodes other than having the Modifier buff applied to the opponents). The Points are added on as a lump-sum for each BG that defeats Thanos.
