So, have you changed the rules for how long an event sits in the freezer before it can be selected again or someone broke the game?

ie bug or feature?

    They are(were?) random with rules, ie not the same daily back to back and 7h events were out of rotation for 2 days(6 events) before they could come back again.

    Have you seen any change log that said that they changed it?

    That's the first time it happens. Maybe no such rules are/were implemented.

    "New 7h events have been added to the pool - Class Advancement. A variation of the Level Up event, you earn points by leveling up, ranking up, using signature stones or opening crystals. The 'do not repeat last x events' has been increased to 8."
