I never got my 5* awakening crystal

Btw this is the first time in months I haven't gotten a bug when trying to log in to the forums. Anyway, when the "snapshot" for player rating was taken, I was at 202,138 player rating yet I never got my awakening gem crystal. I put in multiple tickets explaining the situation, but every ticket was an automated response never pertaining to my specific issue. Any chance of getting some help?

So if let's say you were 195k before you received these packages, but because of receiving them, you jump up to 202k, that unfortunately won't count to you getting the 5* awakening crystal because they take 195k instead of 202k.
It happened to me too, it sucks real hard...
