Human torch temperature issue

The post balance thread of human torch clearly mentions that he can gain 20 temp in one parry or sp2. However since past few days I've noticed that charging heavy after parry only gets you to 10 temp. I have a 6* Ht which i tested immediately after balance and he was pretty much gaining 20 temp in one parry. But now it's not happening. And I am talking about arenas and quests not aw where people have 5/5 limber. I don't have a previous footage but I recorded one after this issue surfaced. Will post it here once someone else also confirms this problem.
