Proxima Midnight

can have 800% Special damage boost and additional 9000 Attack rating under her ideal conditions
5x1758 Fury buf + 4x 200% prowess

Sunspot
can have 13810 additional Attack rating and 2000% special prowess
10x 1318 for each flare state+10x200% prowess

still i think under best conditions proxima would deal more damage

can anyone explain to me how?

    Proxima midnight has true strike too. Also, we have only ever ramped up a sunspot to about 7 flare state, and it gets very hard to keep flare state up after. Proxima doesn’t deal much damage before ramp up, but sunspot takes away a lot of health from the opponent. 250k health pools in act six are down with two flare state.

    In theory, the best way to test it is probably to take the base special damage( all crit and no crit) then figure out what it would scale to, for sunspot it would 26 times the damage, proxima would have 13 times the damage. However, base special attack damage is different for every champion.

    Under the best conditions proxima is better, the issue is that there is nowhere in game with ‘the best conditions’ for a high rank proxima, all the champions with a high enough health to allow her to ramp up (lol aol) have damahe caps, the rest die in the ramp up or to the first special when ramped up, and it’s the biggest overkill

    Does anyone have a proxima midnight (preferably sig 200) and sunspot at rank 5 to tell us their base special 2 damage?
