question about parry changes

So I am unsure about the parry change.
A) Is it purely cosmetic ( changing the description to match its function )?

Is it still worth rank 3 for the core of every mastery build?
C) I unlocked and ranked it to 3 with stone cores from classic difficulty event quests like ultrons assault will I be refunded units or the cores?
D) with a longer stun now on stupefy is it better (for a longer stun duration) to max parry and not max stupefy or only 1 in parry but max stupefy ?
E) is parries role more similar to dexterity now in that 1 point in it is essential for pretty much all content but any more is considered a waste?

F) sorry forgot to ask, with this change will parry be only be worth maxing if you have a high block proficiency roster given only 1 point is needed to unlock the mechanic

E) no, but again check that one cus it's the same question as

F) block proficiency is always a good thing so higher levels will be more effective

also I reread the post and it says that rank 1 was already previously refunded, what!
can someone clarify because I have not received the stone core or 135 units required to unlock it yet according to the admin post it has already been compensated

Personally super happy about this as i am doing the precision/cruelty unit grind so this will help with the not insubstantial 1380 unit cost for the 10 cores required + rank up cost.

You won't see the refunded units and such till the 26th I think

This happened like 2 years ago when they made lv1 not require cores anymore.
