I noticed Namor is not regenerate. On my account he only regenerate 1%, and on is ability said he can regenerate 3% from each especial .

He CAN, doesnt mean he will. Its all based on missing health not overall health.

You will only see 3% regen when you are about out of health, since it is only 3% of the MISSING health. This is why many people felt the change to his regen really wasn't warranted. 6% of missing health by no means made him a significant regen champ.
