Most of the top alliance at the end of the season go to smaller alliance to do map7 and win all the aw and collecting resources from seconds account in the primary ally then switch again over and over every season this penalize all the small alliance to grow and its seems unfair. Someone noticed that??

So what, there's no rule that says they can't switch. I don't do that and it doesn't bother me if people do it. We don't even run AW in the offseason

Well i think switch alliance and put fraudulent accounts to give donations in the primary ally then come next season and play aq7 for free its against kabam terms of service

Who says they're fraudulant accounts? Many players have multiple accounts. There's nothing wrong with that so why does it matter if they use a mini account to donate to the main alliance? How is it free if they're using their resources from a secondary account?

I think is not fair to use a second account to donate in your main alliance if you don’t play in that alliance this is why kabam put 8 days time before you can donate. I can’t see any other reason to switch alliance every season

Having a shell alliance is only wrong IF the donations are coming from bots or mercs. Ppl who have legit accounts and do this are not breaking any rules. In my opinion IF they can link someone's secondary account to botting their primary account should also get banned. That's just my opinion though since the main account didn't technically do anything wrong and just it's owner was cheating.

Accounts don't cheat, people cheat. If there was a way to unequivocally connect a person to all their accounts, I'd have no problem with sufficiently high or repeat offenses triggering a ban on all accounts of a particular person. It is just that is very difficult to do in the general case for free to play games where you can't easily connect them. But in subscription MMOs where every account had to be connected to credit card payments and/or some other personal identifying information, it wasn't uncommon for people to draw bans that banned all their accounts. It was never an effective defense to claim that a particular account didn't cheat, because of the principle that people cheat not accounts.

Even here on the forums it is technically prohibited from creating new forum accounts if you're banned. When they ban you here, they ban the person not the forum account. If they ban you and you create a new account and they can figure out a way to connect the two, they will immediately ban you again without any further forum violations.

As to the general issue of switching alliances, in general there's nothing intrinsically wrong with switching alliances so long as the intent is not to exploit the game systems in some unfair or otherwise prohibited way. But if they are doing that, then conversely the defense that the action isn't explicitly prohibited or intent can't be absolutely proven doesn't really impress me.
