5* Rank up help

Ive been a lurker for awhile now but as of recently Ive run into a some issue with deciding who would be the best option to rank up. Ive completed Act5 but have been having trouble with the exploration and 6.1 gives me fits as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have plenty of resources or atleast the means to acquire them.
Anyway here is my 5* roster.
