    It is a Debuff, not a passive. Besides, havoc deals bonus damage if the plasma is purified so aegon is a bad idea against havoc.

    Alright i see... Some dude on my last AW fought a havok miniboss using aegon and he even not losing a single health point. So this freakin dude must be a cheaters. Look at here

    Yeah, that would be a great coincidence if the HP still the same.
