6.4 Rank Up Help

I have enough Catalysts to take one champion to r5 of the mutant or science class, here are my options
Thing (Unawakened but I have a science gem for him)
Mister Fantastic (Sig 25)
Quake (Unawakened)
Sunspot (Sig 51)
Colossus (Unawakened but I have a mutant gem)
Havok (Sig 21)
Domino (Unawakened)
I'm leaning pretty heavily towards either Thing, Sunspot, or Colossus, and most heavily towards Thing because of his protection ability and cheat death syngery with the Champion that might be useful for the Grandmaster, but I am open to any advice. Thanks!

Mr Fantastic for indefinite power sting on opponent (synergy)
Thing because he’s dope
Ideally Human Torch who isn’t listed so any good incinerate and or coldsnap immune.
