Need advice pls...

Who should i take up as my 3rd rank 4 5* champion? Red hulk(unduped) or IMIW(unduped) or Sentinel(unduped)? The ones I already have at r4 are blade(duped) and namor(unduped).

Do you need to use the t2a? How close are you to 3 t5b? Who else do you have?

I'd say none from that list, unless you are really missing something.

Save all your glory for 2 stacks of t5b every 8 days and get blade to rank 5 is what I would do.
