**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Even with the selling of the champs it doesn't really compensate the people who may have invested literally thousands of dollars to buy cavalier crystals to dupe these champions multiple times, but it is a far cry better than RDTs.
It was a great idea, just a shame that they did not manage to implement it correctly.
And no I didn’t get a duped 6* namor back. I didn’t sell. Didn’t sell my 6* cull either.
That said we shouldn't jump to conclusions on what people did or did not know when making their decisions. Only Repto23 knows what Repto23 knows.
Kabam may decide to use a blanket solution and take the position that people "knew" that they weren't meant to receive a dupe, but that would be an assumption, and it may not hold true in all cases. I think people would have legitimate reason to complain about any such solution.
Furthermore to keep it on topic. I also was shorted resources on my 5* namor I sold. I didn’t get back my t3cc mutant. I’m furious about this situation having him sitting at r1. I’m so mad!!! Loud noises!!! And lamps.
This is not quite true... in the July 4th case they actually did award both crystals to anyone who purchased the deal, even after the correct crystal was put back in.
However, if you go even further back there is still precedent for players benefiting from Kabam mistakes while others do not... when they released the Void featured crystals they accidentally put Sentry in instead of Void. Anyone who pulled Sentry was allowed to keep Sentry and was also given Void.
They ~should~ have removed all of the Sentrys and replaced with Void, but they chose to allow the players to have a free 5* champ (more valuable then than now). The only difference between the two situations, really, is that Sentry sucks and Namor rules. They obviously see that all these duped Namors out there will cost them $$$ in items people won't have to spend as much to clear content, whereas they knew Sentry was designed to make people spend money (to top off his health) so they were happy to let them keep him.
Miike,
Just leave it alone and walk away while there is still some semblance of a game remaining. The duped seem like adequate compensation for the nerfs to the champs and for being without them for a month.

However they weren't really nerfs
